Cromartie Colours are the bold choice for those desiring a vibrant colour at any skill level. They have a versatile formula that allows for translucent designs.

1 coat = translucent
2 coats = semi opaque
3 coats= solid colour (opaque) depending on application style.

Cromartie Colours are non-toxic and safe for food contact when a food-safe clear glaze is applied.

Application:

 

 

  • Apply to cone 04 (approx 1060°C) earthenware bisque.
  • Apply clear glaze of choice.
  • Fire to cone 06 (approx 1000°C)
  • Firing range 06- 6, however cone 6 stoneware gives a colour change.
